AI Agent is a conversational AI assistant in the B12 platform that helps users manage and optimize their websites through simple, natural language commands. Acting as both a tactical co-pilot and strategic advisor, it simplifies the editor experience by turning user intent into actionable results.

To improve the DIY user journey, I redesigned B12’s first signup screen to capture richer business context and assets. Enabling more personalized AI-generated websites and boosting conversion rates.

B12's new payment link with auto-login (magic links) eliminates hurdles for leads by streamlining the checkout process. Now, leads are automatically logged in when clicking the payment link, removing the need for manual email and password input.

AI Assist is an enhanced generative AI feature built into the B12 website editor, empowering users to effortlessly generate pages, sections, logos, images and content with just a few clicks.

The hosted invoice page offers a secure URL for customers to view invoice details, amounts, and status, make payments using enabled methods, and download PDF copies of the invoice and receipt.

The B12 domain setup project aimed to improve customer autonomy by addressing usability issues and allowing users to create a professional URL with minimal assistance from Customer Service.
